For the pizza cake I continued with the use of candy clay to create the pepperonis and the cheese. I think I would like to try this cake again with frosting as cheese, just for comparison. The cake is chocolate, the first chocolate cake I have made from scratch. It came out wonderful and was very moist. It tasted delicious with the buttercream frosting.

pepperoni and buttercream
For the pizza cake I continued with the use of candy clay to create the pepperonis and the cheese. I think I would like to try this cake again with frosting as cheese, just for comparison.
